The Samadhi of Water Class | Patañjali’s Jaya Saṁyama

Patañjali’s Jaya Saṁyama is a structured, experiential journey designed to illuminate the core teachings of Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras and support a gradual, authentic approach to Samadhi—the heart of yogic meditation. Rooted in the clarity of Vyaas Houston’s Yoga Sutras — The Practice, this course is intended to help students step by step toward a deeper inner stillness and a more refined capacity for direct experience of the stages of Samadhi.
The intricacies of this process are an advanced topic, however, the essential and basic practices are helpful for all yogic meditators, and so we are offering this course of study to all sincere students of meditation and yoga.
