Kriya Yoga Events

Kriya Yoga Webinars for 2021

The following is a syllabus for the first half of 2021 for our Patreon Kriya Teaching Sessions.  Mark your calendars for those you wish to participate in. Members of https://www.patreon.com/KriyaYoga will automatically be sent invitations to these events.

These courses are meant to be a primer for future study in the Kriya Yoga Apprenticeship Course offered through KriyaYogaOnline.com. In my experience the better foundation one has in these practices and theories of Kriya Yoga, the better chances of lifelong spiritual growth.

Appropriate for both beginner and veteran meditators.  Please share this page with friends, family, colleagues, etc., who may be interested in beginning an in depth study of the practice of Kriya Yoga.

The Yamas and Niyama

January 20th, 27th, February 3rd & 10th

Noon – 1:30 PM Eastern Time Zone  (Live Sessions)

The foundation for all effective meditation and yogic practice is based on the Yamas and Niyamas, the first limbs of the 8 fold path of Yoga. In this session, we will explore the meaning of each Yama and Niyama, how it applies to our meditation, yogic practices, and supportive lifestyle.

Participation in the live sessions is encouraged. A Zoom invite will be sent through Patreon.

If you cannot attend the live sessions, recordings will remain available for review until February 20th, 2021.

Yogic Asana

March 5th &12th

3 PM to 4PM Eastern Time Zone  (Live Sessions)

The real meaning of Asana is often misunderstood. In this course we will explore the nature of Asana, and how it relates to our Kriya Yoga practice and lifestyle. While specifically seated meditation based, we will explore hatha yoga asanas as well.

Participation in the live sessions is encouraged. A Zoom invite will be sent through Patreon.

If you cannot attend the live sessions, recordings will remain available for review until March 20th, 2021.

Pranayama (Intensive Conscious Breath Awareness Practices)

April 8th, 15th & 22nd

9 AM – 10:30 AM Eastern Time Zone (Live Sessions)

Pranayama is a powerful preparatory practice for meditation. For those with a mind that won’t stop, thereby preventing deeper experiences of stillness, pranayama can often give a successful entry point.  For those who are already skilled at inner stillness, harnessing the power of the breath can take one beyond plateaus. Pranayama can also have useful healing and regenerative properties when properly practiced.  In this course we will learn and examine how to properly practice various useful breath routines, as well as explore the actual science behind them.

Participation in the live sessions is encouraged. A Zoom invite will be sent through Patreon.

If you cannot attend the live sessions, recordings will remain available for review until April 28th, 2021.
