You are invited to join us March 20- 22, 2026 for an online Kriya Yoga meditation retreat from the comfort of your own home.  I invite you to  take time from your work and your family and consciously dedicate these 3 days to commit to your spiritual path, further deepen your spiritual  well-being, and to give your self permission to learn the secrets of yogic meditation.

Bryan Crigler has practiced and studied yogic teachings across multiple continents for over a decade.  Part of Bryan’s philosophy is that one should always be a student and continue to dive deeper into a personal practice, as we can only really teach to others that which we experience and embody ourselves. Having a passion for studying the ancient yogic scriptures, he strives to integrate these teachings into his classes in a way that is easily understandable and relatable in the context of our current time. He began studying Kriya Yoga in 2015 and then started a more intense immersion under the tutelage of Ryan Kurczak in 2021.  Bryan was authorized as a Kriya Yoga Meditation Facilitator by Ryan Kurczak in 2025. Bryan is also a certified Hatha Yoga, meditation, and pranayama instructor as well as an Advanced Oxygen Advantage Instructor.
