The following practice sessions are from our Advanced Kriya Yoga Apprenticeship Program. They are helpful exercises to encourage your sanyama work. While in this Samadhi Yoga Study Group we are currently in the beginning stages of our understanding and practice, utilizing the recordings below can be very helpful.
If you are inspired to learn and practice more as it relates to sanyama after the Samadhi Yoga Study Group concludes, please consider becoming a part of the Kriya Yoga Apprenticeship Program.
Practice the Savitarka session daily until you feel comfortable with it. Then switch to the Savitarka/Savichara session to deepen your practice and understanding.
These sessions are best practiced after your regular meditation session. If you are a Kriya Yogi, practice your Kriya meditation, and follow it with one of the sessions below. They can also be practiced on their own as you have time. However, meditating before hand will encourage the full value of their experience.
