Kriya Yoga Ireland August 2023

Join us for a week-long immersion in the practices of Kriya Yoga as taught through the lineage of Mahavatar Babaji, Lahiri Mahasaya, Swami Sri Yukteswar, Paramahansa Yogananda and Roy Eugene Davis.

Ryan Kurczak, Kriya Yoga Teacher, Presenter

ABOUT THE RETREAT

During this event participants will learn Kriya Yoga techniques which help to facilitate super-conscious meditation. Ryan Kurczak and David McGrath will hold satsangs to explore the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali and the Bhagavad Gita, as they relate to effective practice of Kriya Meditation and serve as a supportive guide for yogic living. Each day will include two meditation training sessions and instruction on how to build a successful Kriya Yoga practice. Qi Gong sessions will also be offered.

David McGrath, Kriya Yoga Teacher, Presenter

Advanced Kriya Yogis are invited to participate to refresh and renew their practice.

At the end of the retreat, it is our intention that participants have learned to bring forth a greater sense of spiritual awareness through the dedicated practice of Kriya Yoga philosophy and meditation practices.

Kriya Yoga, as a lineage, includes spiritual initiation for those who feel a connection to the tradition. A Thursday afternoon session will be held for those who are prepared and are inspired to be formally initiated into Kriya Yoga practices and the Kriya Yoga lineage. During initiation, typically, a fruit, a flower and a monetary donation are accepted during the ceremony.
